We contracted Trusted Pro to repair a leak in the ceiling of a bathroom I suspected was being caused by an improperly functioning vent. The existing vent also seemed small for the job it was meant to do. Joey of Trusted Pro did an exceptional job of ascertaining the problem, agreed that the existing vent was most likely not the proper one, made some recommendations on a more efficient vent and saw that there were some improper sealing in the attic, causing drips during a substantial rainfall. He took a number of pictures of the existing problem, told me what he was about to do to solve the problem and installed a larger, proper vent. He also recommended sealing the existing roof vents where the caulking had either cracked or worn away and also ended up doing some caulking repair on our chimney flashing. He is a thorough professional who takes pride in his work and in solving some leak issues he said others had been stymied over. I suggested he add "The Leak Doctor" to his company name as he seems to really take on difficult jobs. Following the repair, Joey took a series of pictures showing what was done and explaining how the repair and new venting would work better as they were part of a newer building code. A consummate professional, he was a pleasure to work with and is highly recommended for any roofing work.
